When you click on a Hán-Nôm character, the Extension makes a network request to:

• API Endpoint: https://digitizingvietnam.com or https://www.digitizingvietnam.com
• Purpose: To fetch dictionary definitions for the character you clicked
• Data Sent: Only the single character being looked up

These requests are made directly from your browser to the Digitizing Vietnam API. The API follows standard web server practices and may log requests for operational purposes (such as preventing abuse), but this data is not used for tracking or identification.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates only with the Digitizing Vietnam API (digitizingvietnam.com) to retrieve dictionary definitions. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Security

Since the Extension does not collect or store personal information, there is minimal security risk. The API requests are made over HTTPS to ensure secure communication.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for users of all ages.
