Introduction#
Hello Fulbright students! The purpose of this booklet is to help students understand and navigate Fulbright University Vietnam’s Student Code of Conduct on threatening behaviors (abusive behaviors, disruptive behaviors), discrimination, and harassment. In particular, the booklet is intended to address questions about Disclosure and Reporting instances of Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment and the subsequent processes under the Code of Conduct. Please be aware that the materials contained in this Guide are provided for information and general guidance only. These materials do not amend or replace the Code of Conduct or other relevant University policies. For further references, please refer to the policies on OneStop and contact support departments below for further guidance.
